This CD will help you if your mind goes blank or freezes during written and oral exams or during a test. The dialogue takes you into an exam and test situation, and walks you through the process, whilst suggesting only positive, relaxing, calming thoughts. Post Hypnotic suggestions are offered that allow the information and data stored in the subconscious mind's memory banks, to become more easily accessible. Post Hypnotic "Trigger tools" are offered so that the listener can use these whilst in a fully conscious state to reaffirm and re-establish a state of calmness; allowing the information and knowledge they know they have, to flow unhindered.
Hypnotherapy should be used in conjunction with, and not as a replacement for any conventional medical treatment that you may be receiving.
